The Alaska Eating Disorders Alliance (AKEDA) and UAA Center for Human Development Project ECHO present a six part series designed to connect Alaska's interdisciplinary healthcare professionals with eating disorders experts. Each 90 minute session of the Alaska Eating Disorders ECHO will offer a forum for participants to explore best practices through didactic and case presentations.
In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) and UAA-AHEC. ANMC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the American Psychological Assoc. (APA), Assoc. of Social Work Boards (ASWB) and the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) to provide 1.5 contact hours per session for six sessions.
Series Schedule: *All sessions will take place on Wednesday, from 6:00pm-7:30pm AKDT, with the exception of the Oct 6 sessions which will take place on Thursday to accommodate Yom Kippur*
